How fast do orders ship?+
Orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same business day via FedEx 2-Day Air. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Is shipping free?+
Yes — domestic 2-Day shipping is free on orders over $200. Below that a flat $15 rate applies.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the United States only to qualified researchers.
Is packaging discreet?+
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Vials are cold-packed to protect lyophilized material.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH/USDC, 15% off), eCheck/ACH bank transfer, and high-risk card processing. Research compounds are prohibited by Stripe and PayPal, so we use high-risk-friendly methods.
Why is crypto cheaper?+
Crypto carries no chargeback risk or processor holds, so we pass the savings on as a 15% discount.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes — checkout runs over encrypted TLS and we never store raw card data on our servers.
Products & quality
Are your products third-party tested?+
Every batch is tested in an ISO/IEC-accredited lab for purity (HPLC), identity (MS), endotoxins, and heavy metals. The Certificate of Analysis is published per batch.
How should I store the product?+
Store lyophilized powder at -20°C away from light. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, refrigerate at 2–8°C.
What purity can I expect?+
We require ≥99% purity by HPLC. If a batch fails, it does not ship.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?+
Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days for a replacement.
